Tegra Medical Certified to ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000 in Both Facilities
FRANKLIN, MA--Tegra Medical was informed by its notified body TÜV SÜD America Inc., that it has successfully passed audits at both its Franklin and Dartmouth Massachusetts facilities and has been awarded ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000 registration under a single certificate.
Tegra Medical was certified to both standards previously at its Holliston facility (formerly known as New England Precision Grinding). With the relocation of that facility and the Cranston, RI site (formerly Accu-Met Laser) to the new Franklin site, recertification became necessary. Tegra chose to standardize its quality system and also certify the Dartmouth site (formerly American Medical Instruments) to the same ISO standards.
The new certificate number is S 951 00 1067 and expires on November 13, 2010.
