Tegra Medical offers a wide range of joining options for assorted metal and plastic materials including laser welding, ultrasonic bonding, insert molding and various mechanical assembly options. We have a number of automated assembly operations in our Dartmouth facility to process high volume specialty needles. Final assembly and packaging is offered in a Class 7 (10,000) controlled manufacturing environment in our Costa Rica and Dartmouth facilities, and Class 8 (100,000) in Franklin.

Tegra Medical works with approved, local contract sterilizers to provide turnkey service for both gamma and ETO sterilization. Tegra can coordinate all the test results and documentation to complete the sterilization validation and to streamline the process once your product is in production.
